hello, please how can i uninstall BBM BETA 10 from my Blackberry Q5,i installed it from blackberry beta.i want my native/default BBM back. please assist.

download https://mega.co.nz/#!LkhQESJA!ex5Mgn...zWOwourvNxMl40 and unzip

on phone search for development mode, turn it on.
plug phone into PC. open BB10 / PlayBook App Manager and set up with IP shown in Development Mode.

drop and drag the file from the above unziped files. It will have the name BBM inside of it.

turn off Development Mode and restart your phone.

you are done and should be back to old BBM.
