How to stop wall paper image from scrolling.

I've set my home screen and lock screen wall paper image however it does not remained centered or locked in position. When I swipe from one home screen page to the next the background wall paper image shifts slightly and moves instead of staying locked in centered position. Is there a way to prevent this movement and lock it centered? Thanks.

It's part of the BlackBerry Launcher if you want it to stop you have to change launchers or use a wallpaper that is the exact same size as the display.
