    I have a curve 8900 with a gmail address. When I send an email I always get a confirmation sent back immediately. I don't wish to receive this confirmation every time I send, how do I deactivate this, it is annoying?

    Login to your carrier's BIS site and set a filter to not have any emails from your email delivered to the device.

    Thanks very much for the information, I would have thought my carrier would know, but they don't. I will inform them in the morning.
