How do you know this?
How long has this been happening?
Is this a personal or work BlackBerry?
Has anyone but you had access to your BlackBerry since this has happened?
Do you have any strange apps installed on your phone?
What phone do you have?
What carrier do you use?
The only 2 ways I can think of that anyone can intercept your SMS messages is if you are on a BES and the Admin is logging your traffic, or someone gained access to your device and installed an application that will forward your SMS traffic to a third party.
Other than that, its pretty much impossible.
I agree with this person, we need a lot more information than you've provided so far...
Especially duration, whether it's work (BES) or personal (BIS), and could it have been tampered with/you installed apps that could have been malicious (although I've not heard of any for BB...).

I beg to differ that is the only way. I had this happened to me - and ten bucks say this person is on Sprint or another CDMA carrier. There was an issue with my programing where someone else got my MSID number - the 2nd phone number tied to your account. Therefore - I received all of their incoming texts and they received all of my incoming texts. It was odd, but I called Sprint - after actually contacting this person, and I gave them this other persons number. Sprint got them on the phone as well, 3way calling, and accessed both accounts. Sure enough, we both had the same MSID number.
They quickly changed the other persons number, since they had just activated their account, and the problem was solved.
I think however your situation is rare at that.
Business BB can have email accessed though. Just like computers, they can access the Blackberries
It is a work phone, started just today, yes, someone did have access to it. How do I check for apps that have been loaded on it? It is a Sprint phone.
So how do you know this is happening?
If your phone is a work issued, like you say, your employer can access and view anything and everything you do on it. Does this mean they will? Probably not, but they can if they want to.
Your work could have very well installed some app on there that can track you, so deleting that could cost you your job. Your employer also probably has some restrictions set on your phone that stops you from downloading software that could be malicious.
Basically, don't do anything on your phone that your employer won't approve of. There's really nothing you can do about it since it's not your phone.
Someone read to me a text that I received. I don't believe it has anything to do with work. I believe it is personal and someone may have put something on it to somehow receive my texts.
Do you use a password on your phone?
I would talk to your employer and have them reset your phone. Then use a password if you aren't now.
Pay attention to what rcnathan said above. Call Sprint tomorrow and run this by them.
Thank you all for your help. I will see what I can do about this.
Who told you that they read the text?
It could be somebody intercepting the text, or you could've texted something that the receiver felt like or otherwise ended up sharing.
