    I had a problem with my BB Pearl and my carrier needed to do a reset. Now it seems that not all of my Outlook data is reaching my phone. How do I cause the BlackBerry Desktop Software to re-import all of the data from Outlook?

    It's a problem that you need to solve ASAP as BIS (if that's what you're using) only pushes new mail, it doesn't sync existing mail. Every mail that doesn't get to your phone when it's new won't get there (on BIS)

    Do you mean that your new mails are getting to the phone and the old ones aren't? Or do you mean that not all your new mails are getting to the phone?
