    Hello, please help -
I want to recover deleted pictures on my Curve 9300 which was stored on the internal phone memory (and not on an SD card).

When I connect the 9300 (without the SD card) to the computer via USB, the 9300 doesn't show up in 'Computer'. I can find the 9300 in 'Blackberry Desktop Software' as well as 'Device Manager'.

To recover the pics I tried using Recuva (a data recovery program), however, when the program asks me for the location of the device, I am unable to find it, as it is not showing as a file nor as a drive.

    Sorry for any irrelevant information
    Thank you in advance

Once pics are gone from the internal memory, there is no recovering them. The core is protected from access, this is part of the design, to keep BlackBerry from being attacked using a computer.

    Sorry, but they are gone.

Backing up using a cloud service (don't know if there was an integrated option in BBOS) or using Desktop Manager has always been a priority. Never know when you might lose a device or damage it beyond booting.
