With a free blackberry Torch, 900 minutes, unlimited texts, unlimited internet, BIS and insurance I pay 24.43 a month which is about US$40

Good deal at the time but I still begrudge having had to sign a 24 month contract.

I pay a bit but I never have had any problems with Verizon's network except since the Alltel changeover. I always hear of Sprint network problems because someone was trying to text and they weren't going through.

I pay $59.99 for my old Alltel 900 minute plan plus two add a lines which are $9.99 plus $20 for texting each and $29.99 for the data. The main line doesn't have texting or data.

Just over $50 a month. I use approximately 10 minutes of 150 minutes on my plan, send a lot of email and a few text messages and that's the extent of it. Not a heavy user by any means.

$87-$115, $172 at the highest, depending on usage. Voice can really rack it up when not using it after 9pm on telus, earlier nights and weekends is $17, Caller ID is $7. I don't use any of those to save money. Clear choice BB 65, includes 1GB data and unlimited messaging or double minutes. I chose the messaging because of twitter via SMS. 200 anytime minutes goes FAST before 9pm. Windmobile will be my next carrier and I don't give a hoot if the voice quality is bad, or how many bars, as long as it works, I'll be satisfied. Who can beat unlimited everything for $50.84 after tax?

By the way, telus won't even give me any better deals, have I not talked to the right person to get 400 minutes, 3GB data or unlimited, unlimited messaging, for the same price I'm paying? I guess I couldn't find them, nobody at telus would reason, they'd hang up or say it wasn't available or they couldn't do it. Greedy pigs I would say. No offense to anybody who works with telus on here, I'm just disappointed, deeply. Been with ya since 2005.
