Hi,

Curiuos, how much data transfer per month do you use on your berries?

What are some of the heavy user usages?

My Month ends tomorrow and so far I have used MBs. I haven't used quite as much as normal, since I use a lot more when I have school during the day.

My month is up on the 10th and have used 125MB... Which is I think quite a bit, but have been doing a considerable amount of youtube, web browsing and lots of CB forums.

I'm also curious to see what others use.

Anything and everything. I also added Santa Clause to my BB messenger contacts and lemme tell ya......that guy never shuts up. So that could've added to my usage.

I use just over 100MB every month, but at home I use wifi also, so that doesn't show on the bill.

I've only used about 40MB at the moment, but I've only had my replacement BB for... 5 days. I was using a Samsung briefly while waiting on my replacement. My guess is that I use 300 - 500MB/month on my unlimited plan.

My bill starts over in 4 days & I am running at 123,890 KB used.
This sounds low to me. I use my BB as a modem & just updated my Wii & downloaded games.
Maybe the files are smaller than I thought, or Sprint isn't charging me when tethered.

I used 424MB my first full month with the Curve. That included surfing everyday, lots of texting and emails, downloading many trial versions of apps, watching videos on NFL Live, using Sprint Navigator and lots of streamed music thru Nobex.

I was actually surprised at how low my usage was! With all that I did, I didn't even use enough data to fill my SD card half way!

My first bill came back with 450MB... I'm hoping to ramp that number up on my subsequent bills. I'm finally accessing CB from my phone, streaming radio, etc... Anything that I can download OTA, I do.

Those tethering and not tethering should make it known.

I don't tether and for last month I did around 50MB of data.

Previous month... about 130mb

I've used a little over 40mb since my billing period restarted. I don't tether and I've only had my Curve for about a week. Before my Curve made it to me, I'd returned the 8820WE and my 8700c was elsewhere, so I didn't use any data aside from texts until I had my Curve in my hands. I just happen to use a lot of data, I guess.

I do not tether. I do freelance content writing work and recently a lot of my work has been for companies adding mobile components to their site. As a result, I am almost perpetually downloading content to test it out for myself.

Oh yeah, and I stream music and video as if it is going out of style.

Last month I barely hit 50mb and that was with lots of web browsing (no tethering). Happy I switched from the 6GB plan.
