You can use mass storage mode and just drag and drop the music to the device.

How long are the songs you listen to?! 1350 on 8GB? I got 2000 on 4GB with a fair amount of space left over and that was without compressing... A 4GB ipod will hold near 4000 with standard 128kbps...

You can rip as low as 16Kbps so you may want to check the quality your ripping at.

and to answer your question, the average song on mine is 3 to 3.5 minutes

hey, i downloaded it from mininova.org i know its not `right` to download films an stuff, but trailers are fair game if ya ask me, i mean, promotion is promotion ent it!!

only thing is the trailer is widescreen, so bars on top an bottom, but graphics look soooooooo sweet on the storm

I have an 8 gig memory card with alittle over 500 songs. But I also have condensed movies like Pulp Fiction, and Lucky Number Sleven. i have almost 2 gigs left after you count pictures, so I think its time for an upgrade.

I want a bigger card because I have a lot more songs then what's on it now, and I would like to have movies to if I can get my pearl to play the movies. So I need more room

With my last phone before my BB's I had tons of songs but I had a 4gb memory card, I've only got a 1gb now because my sister took the 4gb - she likes listening to music when she's in the tub!
