Too many and unfortunately with BB10 delayed yet again I'm starting to go from thinking that it wouldn't happen to it might.

The press are going to have a feild day on this because they are the ones that will destroy RIM because they will add more to it and are in love with apple.

How exactly is criticizing a failure-to-deliver company being in love with apple? O_o

Impressive conclusion i might add. Dont blame reviewers, its not their fault RIM fuels it by missing its deadlines for what now? one year? two? Thats just too much time to not draw attention. It can be a toilet cleaning review company, they will still write about it.

"Heck, it's all the media we have to blame for BB10 release delay. None of this is RIM's fault."

"Don't worry. BB10 will come and destroy everybody because it's microkernel. In just 3 weeks it will take over 65% of the market. Again, just because it runs nuclear power plants."

How many responses like the above will we see in each of the new "RIM is dead" thread?

IN this case there deserves to be a lot posts about RIM being dead.... as RIM just screwed up big time..... I was willing to go along for the ride when they were meeting deadlines.... PB 0S2, BB10 Dev Alpha.... But to miss the Christmas season.... Yes they are focusing on business but you cannot ignore the consumer market.... The other shoe to drop..... at this point it does not look lile RIM could market "free gold" to anyone.... have not seen a marketing campaign worth anything out of them and now feel they probably will not have one.... They are headed to penny stock territory .... already undervalued to asseets.... Selling may be their only option... and yes then they are dead..... So to my fellow members post away.... at least we will feel a bit better for it.....

dead in the West? That's a distinct possibility. Too bad there's more to the world than the West. And RIM, through a combination of dirt cheap data and lowest cost smartphones that aren't 100 dollar knockoffs, is maintaining triple digit quarterly growth. Best case scenario, rim manages to make a comeback in the west with bb10. Worst case? In 3 years or so, the non-west market will outgrow the West, and bb10 will certainly be out by then. I don't see rim actually dead.
