Like others have said, I love the physical keyboard on my Bold 9900 but will check out the full touch BB10 device. I'm not against switching if I find that I can type easily on the full touch version. Maybe I'll get both!!!! LOL!!

I hope the time between all touch release and physical qwerty is short! I already have the "Big Bubba" all touch BB10 hardware AKA the PlayBook (It is just waiting for the software to drop!) so I will likely wait for the physical keyboard.

    QWERTY or bust.

But seriously, I'll try the London but no matter how good the touchscreen is, I don't think it can even come close to the accuracy and speed of Bold 9900 QWERTY. I will most likely wait for the N-series to come out and will probably wait a bit after that to see how well the app following is for them. I will start by getting BB10 on my Playbook and see how awesome it is on that!

If I was up for renewal on my carrier contract, I'd probably get the N-series right away though...

like many others i'll be checking out a L-series on launch but will probably return to the QWERTY camp once the N-series is released

In honesty, I'll be hoping for a full qwerty keyboard. Having just switched from always using touch screens, to opting for a blackberry for the keyboard. It would be a silly move for me.

I am going to stick to physical full qwerty keyboard. I am willing to consider a slider form factor but because a slider is unlikely to be available at launch, I am going to get N-series.

I love my BB qwerty keyboard on my BB Bold 9900, and i dont think the new Bold in 2013 will have a big enough screen, so how many ditching their physical qwerty keyboard for all touch when the all touch BB comes out in Q 1 or 2013?
    A. Its not a bold
    B. The KB is now flat w/ no top keys or trackpad

So Ill be sticking with the N. Ill get the L but I'm fairly certain the N will become the daily driver

I Love both touchscreen and physical keyboard. So that's why I want both L and N series. L will be the first and N planned to be purchased after 6 months since I get London

My 9780 is dying, so unless the N-Series is coming out soon after the L-series then I'm likely going with the L-series. That being said, it really depends on how good the touch screen is too. I have very large fingers and touch screens have been problematic for me.

Will try both but just as bb10 is a new operating system maybe I should try a new way of operating All touch...unless the N seriously blows my mind.

Let's keep our fingers crossed. I'm hoping that C spire is in the group of carriers testing BB10 devices and will deliver when everyone else does and not make us wait additional months. I have to say, BB10 is important enough for me to end my 10yr long account with C Spire for.

All touch here ,if my tiny 'Cspire' carrier offers one.

I hope they release it the 1st week of January cause i cant wait any longer. But considering how Samsung and HTC raised the bar with their 4.8 Android phones, BB should consider making their 1st all touch at least 4.5 inches to compete.
How should RIM release any BB10 the frist week of january when the official launch event takes place at january 30th? They surely won't release anything before that event.

Not everybody is amazed by those screensizes. Actually I know some people who bought the 4.2" Lumia 820 instead of the 4.5" Lumia 920 because of the smaller formfactor. I also wouldn't buy any device larger than 4.2", anything above that is just too large.

I agree, the total size of the 9900 is my limit, once I put a case on it, it becomes a little too big for me.

I home the N is not physically bigger then the 9900.

chances are i'm getting all-touch. just because using touchscreen for nav with no trackpad on qwerty looks like it would be awkward.

gotta move with the times, the promise of BB10 being a full fledged multimedia device, I need an all in one device with a decent screen size, i will definitely go for the L series. If what they have shown at all the functionality of the new virtual keyboard , then if it is as advertised , this will be a bonus .
hopefully 59 more days to go!

I would like to have the fully physical kb, but am willing to try the virtual just to see what a huge screen looks like on a phone. As the poster above said, move with the times. So I'm open to both. Right now though, it's the physical keyboard that I want.

If the software behind the touchscreen keypad is up to the job i'll be picking up the L Series for sure. I've got an iPhone aswell as my 9900 and alot of the time, the iPhone simply can't keep up with the speed i'm trying to type at...where as the 9900, well, i'm only typing that fast because it's pretty much trained me to do that! As keyboards go, the 9900's will be very hard to top, especially for hardcore users

Ditching QWERTY. I cannot wait any longer, and I love touch. The way BB10 works with touch, there's no need for QWERTY. Plus, I'm sick of AT&T.

QWERTY was the very reason I first came to BlackBerry a couple years ago, when I got the 9780. And when it died about 6 months ago, I once again opted for a QWERTY keyboard. However, this time I recognized my need for a larger screen, and purchased the 9810 slider. So with BlackBerry 10 coming it's going to be a difficult decision. The on-screen keyboard seems much-improved on BB10, and the L-Series is going to have an even larger screen than my Torch. But I don't know if it could genuinely replace my QWERTY. I'll have to try both phones out in-store before I can make a decision.
