How to make an .ALX file with my JAD-COD file

Hey sup people..

I need your help to upload theme into my blackberry curve 8530

i don't have my browser activate on the blackberry so i can'T use OTA method to copy JAD file into my blackberry...

i download many theme with only all the COD file and a JAD file and i want to make an .ALX file so i can use those theme for my BB

Can someone help me to find a SOFTWARE or a way to resolve this bullsh*t lol ?
