i am considering sending my at&t curve in to be repaired under warranty. the silver circle that keeps the trackball in place does not snap in place as it should. how long will i be without bb if i decide to do this? i could order a spare part and do it myself, but i figure if i can send it in and get it fixed for free with my warranty, i might as well save the money. so, what have your experiences been with this?
With tmobile they always send me one with return postage. I never sent mine first. My wife with her sidekick though make her send that in and it takes a week or two.
