Ha Ha I had a bag phone. I'd have to sit down on a bench unzip it, pick the handset off the base and then dial the number. It was like carrying around your home phone! Those were the days! LOL
I think you meant that it was like carrying around your home phone with a living room chair attached...lol...

I had my old Verizon number from '03 to '07...then I moved to t-mobile and didn't bother to import my number. I've had my number now for a little over 2 years now.

I have had my phone # for 7 yrs; it would have been longer, but I changed cell phone providers before one could port the # to another carrier so I had to change my phone when I changed providers.
Well guys and gals...I've decided to keep my number based on the stats. If so many of you can keep your numbers for 10+ years...who am I to think I deserve a new one lol
I religiously change my # at least once a year. (I seem to have a nack for hooking up with psychotic women who don't understand the "it's not you it's me" line )
I've had the same number since I got my first mobile phone in 1996 and I'll keep it as long as possible.
I get so many people sms me and say this is my new number once or twice a year and I never understand why you'd want to change that often but each to their own I suppose.
