    i recently bought a blackberry lcd lens from the site, i think it has been 20 mins. and it still says (processing). Did this happen to anyone else? please reply thanks

    It could just be a site-wide bug. I would check the account page you have, for example, recent orders, just to be sure.

    i have waited since yesterday and it still says "processing". I have tried using the live help but then it also says i need a username and password.

    They could be experiencing some technical difficulties which would explain it.
