    How long has it been? It can take a while for the servers to process your email, especially on busy sites like CB.

    Shouldn't be more than a few minutes normally. Double check that you entered your email correctly...

    Should be up to 2 minutes. Usually they appear right away. If you hacve access to a computer make sure it didn't go to the spam mail or junk mail folders.
