    The best way is to download snap app (from CB forums) and then sideload it (many how-tos on CB). That way you have access to the latest versions of all google play apps.

    After that, it's very easy. Open snap app, go to top free and yould find viber somewhere on top. "download", "install" and you have the latest version od viber working on your Z10 on 10.2.1.
