    Have read all the 480 comments on the how to install the new update page
    But can't find anyone that has done it with sprint
    And what area code and number do I put in
    On Sachesi
    And do I install Sachesi in both my phone and pc
    Or only pc?

    I assume you have a Q10, so open Sachesi (which is only for Windows, Mac and Linux), set country to 302, carrier to 720, device to Q10 and variant to SQN100-3. You should see 10.2.0.1791 (software version 10.2.0.424) available for download. The OS and radio for Q10 don't depend on specific device variants, so you're fine putting that on your Sprint Q10.
