I recently purchased a 8330 and I have a plan that includes web browsing, how can I access the web and can I use Google and have one icon to start it?

Google makes a great home page for Browser.



Even better, iGoogle lets you personalize the page with features like Weather and News headlines.

Have you got a working Browser? It should allow you to Menu / Go to ... the Google home page. If you have already created an account with iGoogle, logon to the account.

Next step, Browser Menu / Options / Browser Configuration. Scroll to the bottom and select the Use Current button to make it your home page.

Do you see an icon that looks like a globe/world with a yellow arrow on it?

Your phone should have it as it launces the Internet Browser.

If it's not on your main screen, try hitting the BB multifunction key.
