Lately I started receiving loads of junk emails like 100 per day on my organization email address. We are use to download all emails to laptop via outlook 2013 using pop3 settings. Is there anyway I can stop receiving those junk emails.

Secondly I have also configured that email on my BlackBerry Z10 and it eats lots of battery at night. Is there any I can block them or any settings on BlackBerry which can filter junk emails.

It sounds like your organization needs a spam filter. Talk to your IT department. If it's configured properly, the Spam shouldn't go to your inbox, or your BlackBerry phone.

More than that, it sounds like your organisation NEEDS an IT staff. POP3 email for a business in 2015???

Spam is always to be solved on the mail server. It's never the problem of a specific client. An app or a client side spam folder is never a good way. Configure spam filtering rules on your mail server, even if it's POP.

How do I make rules and filters for spam?

Have you ever been on your mail server? Every modern mail server which is worth the name has it's own capabilities to define very effective filters based on different criteria like From or Subject or even the Body of the mail message or parts or combinations of them. If one rule matches an incoming mail you can also define once for all what should then happen. If you don't find this on your mail server get another one.
