Not sure if this is what you want. Menu/Options/Advanced Options/Accessibility. Change the Color Contrast to Reverse Contrast. Note, it will reverse the contrast of your home screens wall. If you want it dark select a bright one first.

yea this does turn it black like i want, now what do you mean choose a bright one first ?

the home screen wall behind the icons are white, and its hard to see a lot of things, is there any way to change that ? i just want the menus, and the messages window, sms and those to have a black backround, and with your way they do, but everything switches color.

Aight open up ms paint on your pc. Make a black background. Save it as jpg. Put it on you torch and set it as your background. I make all of my wallpaper like this. Usually I paste things into it though. Good luck

Like I said if you pick a dark wallpaper and use the reverse contrast option it will become light. And vice versa.

Your welcome tan, that's about the best solution besides finding another theme to suit your needs. Remember most everyone here is willing to help if you remain polite.
