    I have a BES 4.0 and I want to know if I can force a wallpaper to my devices. If posible, also how to do it.

    To the best of my knowledge, it does not matter which version of BIS/BES is being used.

    Start with Media / Pictures. Select an image and press Menu / Set as Home Screen Image.

    I think he means he is a BES admin, and wants to force a background to the devices on the BES.
