fine, ill rephrase.

some acronyms are meant to be spelled out, others are meant to be slurred into a word. calling BIS "bizz" just sounds dumb, as its very close to BES being "bezz". i just think, in this circumstance, pronouncing it sounds dumb. other acronyms do not sound so stupid and work when pronounced as a word.

further arguing about which way is correct is even more stupid.
