Organizing it?
Different Themes will organize your icons in different manners
Well, I'm talking more like organizing icons into folders, what you keep on your home screen, what you use your convenience buttons for etc etc.
I use the bphone theme. I also sync with my google calendar account.
As far as other things I use would be passwords., notes and tasks.
I also do a full backup of my phone to my computer about once a month.
