    I know that RIM is a canadian companie(proud of that ), but I heard that some phone were built in mexico, and other in Canada...

    Does it true?

    If yes, how did I know were my phone come from?

    it will either say on the box the phone came in or on the phone itself under the battery. as with almost every product out there, country of origin is usually found on the packaging or on the item itself.

    im sure the place its made, is for where the market for the phone is going to be. you guys in the UK probably wont be seeing canadian or mexican made phones, as they will probably be meant for the NA market. european carriers will have euro made phones. makes sense from a shipping cost and warranty replacement perspective.
