    i see on some peoples blackberry phones that they have customized text above the clock on the main screen. how do you do that?

    you arent talking about the network name after the carrier name are you? thats just showing the active wifi connection. as for other random text, that would be custom theme controlled.

    thats the name of the wifi network he is connected to . if he had a Linksys router with a default name, it would say "Rogers - Linksys". mine, for example, says "AT&T - Home" when i am connected to my homes wifi network. Bla1ze named his home network after himeself. you will only see this occurring on wifi enabled devices, when connected to a home wifi network. its nothing you can change without it.

    i edited my post to say wifi network instead of wireless network so it doesnt confuse everyone.
