[CrackBerry Question]

I am so caught in a loop here. I cant reset my BBID password because I cant access the email account the ID is associated with. I cant wipe the phone and start over because BB protect is turned on and I don't have the password. I also cant enable certain services because I cannot verify my BBID. I want to delete my BBID and start over with a new one, but I am stuck at this point and don't see an out. I contacted Verizon and they weren't able to help me. This is so frustrating.

I don't see any possible workaround except in trying to remember your BlackBerry ID password. Goodluck!
