Do you have docs2go with sheets to go added?

If so you would transfer the files to your BB using mass storage.

You can enable Mass Storage Mode on your BB, and they your compter will read it like it's removable media. To enable the mode to to options, memory, then set Mass Storage Mode Support to On, and Auto Enable to On or Prompt.

Alternatively you can also email them to your phone email as an attachment and download the attachment if you have data that's what I do

You can also set up a briefcase through mass storage mode and use the bb as the storage device. This way, you can put a file on your bb and everytime you connect you can update the file. A work around for syncing files.
