How do I show that a bmm is still unread?

If you are IN the conversation, not just the BBM window open, it will auto read. If you are just in the BBM app with no specific app open, you can see the message come in, and not read it.

I just upgraded my 8830 to the new operating system. On my old OS, if I received a bbm while the conversation was still open and then pressed end, it would appear that the message was still unread despite me already reading it. I got news for you. If the convo was open and you received a BBM message
and then you pressed the end button, your messages were being shown as
read. Upgrading your OS has nothing to do with it. BBM works the same.
