I'm trying to have my sms text disappear from my home screen when I scroll over the sms & MMS icon on my home screen. Does anyone know how do do it? I have a Bold 9700 from AT&T with the latest OS.

I'm trying to have my sms text disappear from my home screen when I scroll over the sms & MMS icon on my home screen. Does anyone know how do do it? I have a Bold 9700 from AT&T with the latest OS.
There is no way to make your texts become 'marked as read' or deleted, only by scrolling over the icon.
You have to read them and delete or save them to the Saved Messages folder. It's a notification not an interactive icon.
