I keep hearing that I need to disable the A2DP feature on my phone so my DNX8120 will stay connected.

How do I do that on my phone?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!

Find Bluetooth in the System Options menu. Once in there, you'll be able to disable it.

I think that was to quick an answer !

cdnpuck wants to disable only A2DP, not all bluetooth connectons!

What would be the service to kill in order to stop only the A2DP bluetooth functions ?

    Thanks

YEs, if I disable bluetooth it will not work at all. I need to disable A2DP so the bluetooth can connect only through HFP

You can disable the A2DP on the DNX8120 and that is what most of us are doing. But it has to be done everytime you connect. It's not a huge deal. I just have to go into the BT setup of the 8120 and do it.

I had heard that there was a way to do it in the BB permanently.
