i am not new to bb but recently i wiped the phone now theres no email on it and its asking for activation password.how do i get that?

Is this a work phone? If so, talk to your BES administrator.
If its a used phone that's got some BES settings stuck, you'll have to use a utility to clear out the BES provisions.
