    I know it is in my OS but I chose not to install it when I loaded the OS, how can I check it now? App loader just shows 3 apps and browse, and Loader.exe is blank.

    Never mind I had my 9700 OS installed instead of my 8900 wich is the one I'm changing. Lol silly me, sorry.
