    Security issues?
    More private?

What arguments do you use to convince people to install and use BBM?

It is not more private/secure though. Unless you are using the Enterprise version.

I convinced two friends to try it. The three of us had 3 different platforms. They hated it and were glad we stopped using it. I am done trying to get people to use it.

    Good luck!

Edit: missed the "roll eyes" lol. Nevermind then.

Best "argument" is that you and others are using it.

Best argument is if more than 50% of your common friends do already use BBM

You can't really convince other people. You can suggest. Say "Hey, just give it a try for a bit" and I don't see why someone wouldn't. However, more and more people have moved to other programs so it could be tough to convince them to come back.

I showed Glympse to someone at work and they were immediately sold on BBM. Later they learned about message retracting, timed messages, HD pics, private chat, etc., but it was Glympse that made them an instant fan.

I think it's easier to get people from BBM to something else.

You'd need to be quite relevant/important to them to pull that off.

If I am not relevant or important to them, then I do not wish to have them contact me.

BBM on iOS is a complete disaster. The UI is an utter embarsement. The amount of advertisements and SPAM is beyond useable. It's so bad Blackberry sent out a message about SPAM. You have a problem if you have to do that.

It does seem that iOS users were not reliably getting notifications of BBM messages ( or else they were ignoring me-- lol). Of course, they have no red flashing LED. In any case, because of that, I gave up trying to get them to use BBM and just text them.

get someone put out a gift type of feature in BBM, they will flock to the site and check non stop... such as the red envelope from china... (CB should send out small gift coupon for some game, limited trail version of some sort of AR VR, that will drive them to the bbm...- get bbm vedio chat with overlay of geo corrdinate, or environmental conditions, what ever, )...

OP - "YOU" should offer people $5 US Starbucks gift card to friend you on BBM to demonstrate your strong commitment to BBM platform.

Except that Glympse doesn't work correctly on Android... won't auto center... hasn't worked for ages.
