    Hello,
    I was trying to upload my info from Palm Desktop to BB, but seems I uploaded the wrong info and now my BB is full with garbage, a bunch of useless information in my Contacts.
    How can I erase all that info without deleting item by item???

    If you want a clean slate, use the Wipe option and everything will be purged.

    If you just need to restore the Contacts data files, you can use BackUp Manager / Advanced ... to selectively clear just the Address Book data base.

    Where do I find the wipe out option on my BB?

    With the Curve, you have to use the Password wipe technique.

    You can also do it from Desktop Manager / Applications Loader. I prefer that technique, it gives you control over the process.
