Okay, so I have a white bold 9700 and my friend a black bold 9700.
We want to swap them because I like the black one better and he prefers the white one, how can we swap them without any of us losing any information?

back up your respective devices on your computers. wipe each device. swap sim cards, restore your back up from your computer to your new device. re register the host routing table, log into your BIS account and add the new device's pin, and remove the old device's pin, resend the service books, then pull the battery, and then enjoy...
hopefully you are on the same carrier, or if not, the devices are unlocked...
