Without knowing what I have done to my blackberry, I found that I have two Contact List Group after I made some configuration on my BB. Since then, all contacts I created will be defaulted to one contact list group. As result, when I try to sychronize my contact from BB to OutLook, the desktop manager will only select the newly created Contact List Group. The changes I made on the old contact records will not be sychronized.
