    Hi,

    I have updated Skype( v5.4.0.5191) on my Blackberry Passport and its only work on Wi-Fi, when previously work on both Wi-Fi & Internet data connection. I do not have any limits on Internet data.
    Can you help please.

    Have you tried calling the test number?
    What happens when you do?

    Skype working fine when I using Wi-Fi (home), but not working when Network data is on(i.e. In town). I have noticed that issue when Skype was updated to last version.

    Check your Skype Settings and also, your Network signal is strong or 4G.

    The 4G signal is strong (100%). I don't think is the issue with Skype settings - all defaults.

    Sorted out. I have updated BlackBerry OS to latest version. Now Skype start connecting on Wi-Fi and Data mobile.
