[CrackBerry Question]

I have a new blank scandisk 16 Gb card formated to Fat32. I place it in my new classic with 10.3.1.1779. nothing happens! Setup, storage and access shows initially nothing. after about 30 min I get a message "media card inserted" and setup up shows 0mb of 0mb used together with format and erase options. I try "erase media card" and it seems to complete after about 2 min with a "erase complete please format card" message. Now in the media card details section i get a " Your media card isn't recognized. Consider formatting the media card". I format the card and receive the message "Format incomplete. Please try again". which I do and same message. I try a different card (samsung 32 MB). same problem.
Any suggestions?

Try a PC.... or another device.

But it sounds like the media card is bad. I been seeing that more and more... .

When purchasing media card make sure it is the correct one before you part with your hard earned money. When you get the wrong one, it will not work
