    I was encountering bberror.com/bb10-0015, but sadly i didnt create any backup from my phone, can I still fix my phone?

    i believe this means you have no OS on your phone. DOwnload one and install it on your phone. As far as a missing backup, well you will need to reinstall everything from scratch
