    I'm having trouble adjusting the volume on a Bluetooth portable speaker. The speaking runs at full volume and nothing I try will decrease the volume. I have a Blackberry 10 Classic with software release 10.3.2.2168. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

    Question : why is OP opening so many threads? Could OP not confine his /her Questions to one thread? I have been able to discern that he/she has a passport but only after reading multiple threads.

    Now I see its a Classic.

    The controls can either be with the BT device / the Remote or within the BlackBerry device. Generally with both the Host and the Guest. Obviously nothing else controls the engagement.
