    I've only had this issue on Blackberry, but when using Hotmail I click on various icons on Hotmail and nothing will happen. I'll click on delete, nothing happens. I click the box to delete all the emails on a particular page and nothing happens The only icon where I get immediate response is when I log out. Now I don't know if this is an issue on Hotmail's end or a Blackberry issue. It's bugging me though so much so that I'm considering abandoning Hotmail for my email.

    what device are you using? none of what you said really makes any sense without knowing that. It does sound like BB issue and not a hotmail issue though.

    Not why you'd say it sounds like a BB issue as what he's describing doesn't make sense with the way BB handles emails... either BB10 or Legacy.

    Check the hotmail settings on your desktop.
