Hotmail & Gmail one way sync

I have 2 hotmail accounts & Gmail account

Email arrives at the server/webmail and my BB no problem

Read/Delete email from my BB and thats reflected on server/webmail no problem

but if I read/delete emails on webmail it is not reflected on BB (I have to delete em again)

Anyone else managed to sort this out?

that's not supported yet

I cant see the difference
If BB can write to the server it can surely read from the server
