Hotmail Emails missing "More Available"

This just started happening yesterday.

In the past (3 years?) when an email came in from Hotmail it was truncated and "More Available" was shown. Pressing the trackball gave me a menu with the option to receive More or All of the email

Now, all I get from Hotmail is email headers and no body. There's no longer a prompt for "more available" and when I bring up the menu it doesn't offer "More".

Added info: My other accounts on the same phone are working correctly including business and personal accounts. Only the Hotmail account is failing to give me "More Available" on any email.
