I've a couple of Hotmail email accounts set-up on my 8350i...
One account when you wish to delete an email prompts three icon boxes appear: "On Mailbox and Handheld," "On Handheld," and "Cancel."

The other Hotmail account only prompts: "Delete" and "Cancel" icon boxes.

How can I make the second email account offer the option(s) of the first email account? Sometimes I don't want a particuliar email on my BB-but, do wish to reatain it in the email inbox itself (not delete it).

Go to your email options then email reconciliationhen select witch email and on
Delete on: should say Prompt.
