Please my Z10 gets hot and very hot these days. Even when turned off. I've had to take out the battery for it to cool and the moment I turn it back on, same thing. Now takes ages to get charged and battery goes flat quickly too. It's only 5months old. Somebody help.

How hot is hot? Get Battery Guru, gives temp indications and usage/charts on power outputs of the device.

You are right. That is the opposite of cool. Try backup, wipe device and reload OS.

Backing up has been impossible....taken over 3hours for two failed attempts. battery keeps draining despite me not installing or using anything on it. It's issues like this that account for the kind of results of the quarter they've just released. They simply ain't ready for the game. After waiting so long, they still couldn't come up with an OS of the standard as their rivals. Can't use link without complaints too.
