The little flip phone made for Sprint? A friend of mine used one of those. Sadly, he no longer has it, but he said it was a great device.

Another few interesting pieces from my collection (at least IMO).

I very much like not-black BBs. Unfortunately there were many released, but it's getting harder and harder to find anything second hand in good condition. However, for Curve series i've managed to find:
    9300 - Ruby Red
    9300 - blue, don't know it's official name
9220 - turquoise (?), don't know official name also. That also happens to be Evaluation Unit, unfortunately used and damaged (can't read SIM)
9320 - very, very red color, also don't know how it's officially named
8520 - Liquid Blue, from Vodafone Irleand, as far as i know it's only official color of this phone having white-colored start-call and end-call buttons (sorry, forgot the name)

    Attachment 442483Attachment 442482

If you know official names of colors (taken form box) please share them with me.
    Very cool!

I like the blue 9300 - always nice when the color is not only on the casing, but also on the keys and the whole front. Whish they'd done more front color on the Key2 LE, not only the frets and borders.

Yes, that’s it. Beautiful phone. Frustrating that it’s only CDMA. But I still use it as a PDA and ereader. I love to just roll it around in my hand.

This is my cherished collection, still growing.

    all phones work.

the curve 3g 9300 has a lot of the rubber come off, but you can still nagivate with the trackpad well and type ok. It also still has the box and manuals. I like to watch youtube on it when i want to feel nostalgic.

The q10 is in basically mint look and working condition, i don't have the box but i have a holster for it, a good case, and a spare battery with battery charger, i also have the box for the charger/spare.

the Dtek50 is also mint condition, work and look, and it has it's box and manual.

and then i have my current workhorse, the KeyOne.

every contract i add to my collection, and I dont use them often, but i do often enough to keep them working. Hoping it will be worth something someday.

honourable mention to my old beloved bold 9790, which i extended warranty swaped for the q10 in 2014.

they are my most prized collection.

Thanks for sharing those! Don't you just love that battery charger/bundle for the Q10? Best accessory I ever bought. I still have the Q10 holster too - still in the plastic wrap, never used it.

The Q10 was probably the best phone I used. I was so pissed when they ditched blackberry OS, they did a really good job on BB10.

It's a shame they couldn't get App developers on board.

Wondering if you might be able to help me out, since you were at RIM. In the mid-90s, RIM made a product for the motion picture industry, called Digi-Sync. It has a laser diode that read a code on the film as the film ran through a synchronizer/counter. Our company is trying to find the correct laser diode to repair a unit that has a failed laser diode. Please let me know if you or someone you know from RIM could tell us the specs of the laser diode.

    Thank you very much.

I actually hated the Q10 and was so glad I didn’t wait for it as I got the white z10 4 of them actually, then went to the z30 then passport and being a PKB lover was not disappointed.

    I finally did it...

Somehow I wanted to add least one BlackBerry Porsche Design to my small Collection. I like some of the OS7 ones, but I wanted to be able to play a bit with it - so in the end I searched for a Bb10 device.

Being a fan of pkb I ended up with getting a P9983. With nice original packaging and a Porsche Design phone sleeve. So much fun unpacking....

Got it from German Amazon, and I believe it's fake leather.

Back in da days there were some guys doing BlackBerry customisation - like real alligator leather back and stuff, gold etc... I guess mainly for the Dubai and Russian market ;-)
