I noticed a decrease in my battery performance yesterday... and I was wanting some input from my fellow CrackHeads!

Previously, I had used WallPapers from CB and low-res images as my 'HomeScreen Image'... but yesterday I changed the image to a file from my digital camera, so the image is 7MP or something along those lines.

Setting this image as the WallPaper seemed to decrease my battery life. Do you think this is a contributing factor... would it be 'harder' on my Curve to use a higher-res image?? I just wanted some other input... not a biggie

I dont believe the phone would be affected as such, the screen resolution controls the image not the other way around. I have 12 mp shots as my wallpaper and it simply lowers the quality to fit the screen.. I would check if you installed anything lately that could be using data in the background...
