Hi i have a blackberry 8900 i got it as a used handset and i notice under the 'PASSWORD' menu, it has a small lock icon next to enable wording now as i have been researching this is called IT policy... and to remove this i need 'CrackUtil' sofware.

I have installed the CrackUtil on my laptop which is running on xp, before i run the CrackUtil software i plug the handset in before, then i run the program, now when it ask for password, the handset doest NOT have a password i then click on ok.... then i get this message......
'PASSWORD INCORRECT OR PHONE NOT CONNECTED. PLEASE RESTART PROGRAM'....

I also tryed this with onther blackberry which is 8520....same problem, its has an IT policy.... the handset has password so when i run the CrackUtil software i type the password which is '12345' still i get the same message,
'PASSWORD INCORRECT OR PHONE NOT CONNECTED. PLEASE RESTART PROGRAM'....

Now is this to do with the settings with my laptop etc???? or program? please help if any1 knows.
