a simple search in chapters.ca turned up a bunch of blackberry books (ofcourse some wine titles were in there).

Needless to say, one of the books that caught my eye happened to be one on app development for the playbook. I wouldnt mind giving that a read.

As a few people have said there have been a few BB Guides here in UK for a while, i bought one a long time ago where it still featured a Curve 8300 & Bold 9000 was the newest device.

They are good for new fresh first time users of BB's who know nothing about them as they explain how things work, setting up e-mail, BBM, apps & so on...however I didnt find out anything new that i hadnt already found out from this site we're on now as this place is a wealth of knowledge.....for free !

I'm not so sure I want to spend $20.00 on a magazine sold by "Inmate Mags.com" and have my plantation address in a data base alongside the addresses of America's most hideous encarcerated criminals .

this is interesting, i actually posted in another thread asking if people thought there was any bias towards non american products in the american media. These mags for blackberry are common in the UK and else where it seems.
I dont wish to be a conspiracy theorist but you never know.

just to be clear , my last post wasnt "having ago " at the americans, im really just basing it on a few things i have seen in the media. One was a report that people had been queueing over night in asia for a new phone....and then the article said...AND its a blackberry!!!
